Last updated: 1 August 2026 Maternity Studio processes the photo you upload and the prompt you write in order to generate your maternity portrait or portrait video. What we collect The photo you upload, the prompt text you enter, and an anonymous device-linked user ID. We do not collect your name, email, or any other identifying information. How we use it Your photo and prompt are sent only to wiro.ai's infrastructure, which uses Google's Gemini (Nano Banana) model and ByteDance's Seedance model, solely to generate your portrait or portrait video. These companies do not use your data to train their own models. Face data We do not perform any facial recognition or facial analysis on the photo you upload. No face embeddings, biometric identifiers, or facial-analysis results are extracted, generated, or stored by us. Your uploaded photo is used only to generate your portrait or portrait video, and is never stored on our servers — see "How long we keep it" below. How long we keep it Your uploaded photo is not stored on our servers: it is deleted immediately after processing. Only the generated portrait (the AI output, not your real photo) is stored under your account on Google Firebase, so you can see it in your history. Third parties - wiro.ai — image/video generation infrastructure - Google (Gemini / Nano Banana model) — image generation - ByteDance (Seedance model) — video generation - Google Firebase — authentication, database and storage - RevenueCat — subscription/purchase management Each of these companies processes your data to a standard at least as protective as our own. Your rights We ask for your consent to send data to the AI provider the first time you use the app; this consent is required for the app to function.
